However, in effort to ensure total peace of mind, we have arranged a fully insurance-backed 5-year warranty, which is offered on all mechanised items you purchase.
The free warranty included with every mechanised item includes the following:
Accidental damage or spillages
If you rip or tear the fabric by accident
Home repair service for breakdowns, under normal service
Parts and labour covered in their entirety

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure that we can put things rights as soon as we possible, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
Immediately after completion of any works or delivery, please inspect your product to ensure that everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

The Furniture Ombudsman is an independent not-for-profit organisation which raises standards and is approved by the government to provide alternative dispute resolution services. We follow their Code of Practice which provides our customers with additional protection if things go wrong.
