At The Mobility Furniture Company we are proud of our products and with over 30 years’ experience you can rest assured we will supply you with the best and most suitable product for your needs.

However, things do go wrong occasionally and so to ensure total peace of mind we have arranged a fully insurance backed 5 year warranty which is offered on all mechanised items you purchase. The free warranty included with every mechanised item includes the following:

  • Accidental damage or spillages
  • If you rip or tear the fabric by accident
  • Home repair service for breakdowns, under normal service
  • Parts and labour covered in their entirety

Complaints Policy

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
